Personett/Littlejohn claim Yamaha Pro-Superintendent

Old Hickory, TN - It was an absolutely perfect day on the President’s Reserve at The Hermitage Golf Course. The team from McCabe Golf Course, Loren Personett, PGA and Mark Littlejohn, lit up the course to claim the first place prize in the gross division. Shooting a combined 61 (-11) was more than enough for Personett and Littlejohn to earn first place.

Hunter wins 2016 PING Rewards

Franklin, TN - The top 36 PING Rewards recipients who gathered at Golf House Tennessee had a lot to play for on Monday, October 24th. Competitions for the day included a putting contest, closest to the hole on all nine par 3’s worth $400 each, five hole-in-one contests, and $1,000 purse for the top finishers.

TN PGA captured the 49th Annual Tennessee Challenge Cup Matches

Tennessee Section PGA captured the 49th Annual Tennessee Challenge Cup Matches with a final score of 19 to 13 Sunday at Stonehenge Golf Club in Fairfield Glade, TN. The event, which is jointly conducted by the Tennessee Golf Association and Tennessee Section PGA, annually pits the top 16 Amateurs and top 16 PGA Professionals in the state of Tennessee in a Ryder Cup style format.

The TN/GA Burdette Cup Returns to Tennessee

The 2016 Assistant Cup Matches are in the books, and the Assistants from Tennessee fought hard to bring the Burdette Cup home to TN after a two year stint in Georgia. The final score was 15.5 to 8.5.
